Swiss Chard & Tahini

Vegetable Dishes

Ingredients:

  • Large bunch of swiss chard
  • 1 tbsp of tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 table spoon of olive oil

Steps:

  1. Wash and chop the swiss chard
  2. Steam the chard for 10 mins
  3. Mix the tahini, lemon, olive oil and salt.
  4. Combine the cooked chard with the tahini dressing
  5. Serve
