Vegetable Dishes
Ingredients:
- Large bunch of swiss chard
- 1 tbsp of tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 table spoon of olive oil
Steps:
- Wash and chop the swiss chard
- Steam the chard for 10 mins
- Mix the tahini, lemon, olive oil and salt.
- Combine the cooked chard with the tahini dressing
- Serve
