Soft 5 Spice Plantain Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 large plantains (just turning yellow, or full yellow)
  • 1 tbsp of 5 spice
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Peel and cut plantains into 1/4 " slices
  3. Oil a Baking sheet
  4. Arrange slices on the baking sheet
  5. Put the baking sheet in the oven
  6. Bake for 10 - 15 mins or until golden brown and soft.
