Vegetable Dishes
Ingredients
- 2 large plantains (just turning yellow, or full yellow)
- 1 tbsp of 5 spice
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375
- Peel and cut plantains into 1/4 " slices
- Oil a Baking sheet
- Arrange slices on the baking sheet
- Put the baking sheet in the oven
- Bake for 10 - 15 mins or until golden brown and soft.
