Pantry Staples & Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Organic Ketchup (ideally no high fructose corn syrup)
- 1 tsp of dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1" of fresh ginger root (liquidized in 4 tbsp of water).
- 1 tsp dried ground coriander seed
- 1/2 tsp dried ground cardamom seed
- 1/4 tsp dried ground clove
- 4 tbsp of agave syrup
- 2 tbsp of raisins or similar dried fruit (prunes works just as well).
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Ground Pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp of your favorite hot red pepper sauce (optional)
Steps:
- Liquidize all of the ingredients together until amalgamated into a smooth sauce.
- Pour into a sterile bottle or jar and refrigerate.
