Cakes, Breads & Cookies
Crunch on the outside, chewy in the middle. It has all of the perfect cookie texture. Just sweet enough.
Ingredients
- 1 cup organic almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup date sugar or finely chopped dates
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 heaping tbsp of honey
- 1 large tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of ground dry ginger
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 2 tablespoons of raisins or chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts.
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients together with a hand - wisc
- Using a teaspoon, spoon out the mixture into little cookie sized piles on a pair of large baking sheets. (leave about an inch around each pile).
- Bake in pre-heated oven for 10 mins.
