An incredibly simple and practical appero snack

1 medium carrot per person - clean, trimmed and cut into comfortable sticks, (longer than the glass that you are serving it in.

1 stick of celery per person, pull strings out and trim to size

1/2 a kolrabi per person, peel and trim to size

Optional additions:

1/4 red sweet pepper cut into sticks.
