Ingredients:
1 Large bunch of colored chard - finely chopped
1/4 tsp of salt
1 medium apple finely chopped
1 tsp of lemon juice
1/2 a peeled orange chopped into small cubes.
1 cup of water.
2 tbsp of chopped walnuts. (optional)
Dressing:
2 tbsp of Maple syrup
1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
pinch of salt
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of almond butter
Steps:
Put water and finely chopped chard into a large pan, add chopped apple and salt.
Cover and cook on medium high heat for 10 mins.
Strain and plate the greens and apples, mix with orange pieces, walnuts and dressing.
