Pantry Staples & Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 2 oz of Basil leaves
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup pear juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 large bunch of parsley
- 1 large collard or kale leaf
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 table spoon of mashed root veggies (optional)
- flesh of 1 avocado (omit if you are using the pesto as a marinade)
Steps
- Put all of the ingredients together into a food processor and buz until smooth
- Pour into a jar with a lid, for storage.
