Dips, Appetisers & Finger Food
Ingredients:
- 2 large avocados
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 packets of gelatin
- 1/3 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- Lemon rind or Parsley for garnish
- 1 cup rice milk or cashew milk
- Individual ramekins or similar moulds
- 4 tbsp of agave syrup
- Steps:
- Pour gelatin into the lemon juice and allow 4 - 5 mins to soften
- Warm the milk
- Mash or liquidize the avocados with the salt and pepper
- Mix together the warm milk with the lemon gelatin mixture
- Mix in the avocado and agave
- Spoon the mixture into the moulds
- Chill for several hours until set.
- Turn out, plate and garnish
