You can put what ever you like on yours but I've used:
Pitted green olives
Cherry tomato
Prociutto
Salami
Dairy free feta cheese
Sun dried tomato
pickled artichoke hearts
Optionally you could add
Toasted gf croutons
Small pickled cucumbers or onions.
Squares of roasted sweet red pepper
Pitted black olives
Stuffed olives
Tiny tapenade or pate sandwiches
